We are looking for a lead recruiter to source and recruit technical and non-technical candidates. This role will also be in charge of maintaining job postings, keeping our Glassdoor and LinkedIn sites up to date, and ensuring an overall great candidate experience.

What you'll get to do:

  • Full cycle recruitment to include: identify, source, recruit, screen, interview and close qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods
  • Evaluate applicants through their qualifications & job requirements
  • Arrange all stages of candidate interviews
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS, Lever
  • Develop candidate pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of hiring needs

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years experience in-house recruiting mid to senior level technical candidates
  • Proficiency in the use of various job boards and social networking sites
  • Proven success sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with passive and active candidates
  • Experience with compensation negotiation
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced team

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting in a startup experience
