The Systems Architecture Lab (SAL) within Hewlett Packard Labs has an opening for a Researcher with a PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics or related areas. Experience with network security, combinatorial optimization, machine learning, and/or signal processing is highly desirable.
The SAL team is engaged in programs to develop advanced computational accelerators having applications in network security, neuromorphic computing, combinatorial optimization, and signal processing. SAL leads the world in next generation memory-driven computing and high performance Exascale systems.
Education and Experience:
PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics or related areas.
Highly motivated to tackle practical problems in daily research and deliver high quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required for technical reporting and problem solving.
