Role and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through Inbenta’s Support platform
  • Communicate with developers in Barcelona through Jira to follow up on the development status
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Continuous collaboration with Solutions Engineers both in US and LATAM
  • Good written English and Spanish
  • Oriented to detail
  • Very organized person
  • Previous Jira experience (bonus)
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • Web technology skills or UX knowledge appreciated
  • Quick learner
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
